We bought a copy for ourselves and loved it so much that we bought another copy to gift to a family member. We are not pros when it comes to baking, but this book breaks things down and is so easy to follow. We’re already planning the next batch we’re going to make. I received my cookbook last week and I finally got around to trying a recipe today. I used what I had available to make the Gruyère prosciutto scones substituting ham for prosciutto. They are DELICIOUS! I had never made scones and they turned out pretty good for my first time. I’ll give Ryan some credit for that because the recipes are easy to follow. In addition to being easy to follow the cookbook design includes beautiful photography that will have you wanting to try all 50 recipes. Congratulations Ryan on a well designed and beautiful cookbook.

Within a few days of receiving the cookbook, we got to making scones and WOW, are they delicious!! This cookbook has so many tips and a great deal of information for anything great scone related. The author covered EVERYTHING, even questions I didn't know i would have! There is a HUGE variety and truly a scone for everybody, even a glaze or spread to compliment it. Wonderful job Ryan!
Absolutely wonderful cook book for anyone that appreciates scones. Great alternatives of types of flour used and wide choice of flavors. Book is beautifully illustrated with excellent photos. If there is a baker in your life this book would be a wonderful Christmas present.
I love the pictures in this cookbook especially with the children helping. Very informative with tips and tricks for better scone results.
